Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Unopened Products
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Faulty or Damaged Products
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or faulty will be replaced or refunded
- Please notify us within 14 days of receiving a faulty or damaged product
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened beauty products or skincare items
- Products that have been used or tested
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be in the form of store credit or a voucher to the value of your purchase.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- Advanced Body Clinic will cover return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to arrange this. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same conditions as returns.
