Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

Local Pickup – FREE

  • Available for customers in the Potchefstroom area
  • Collect your order from our location at 70 Steve Biko Avenue, Potchefstroom
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection
  • Please bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting

Courier Delivery – R115.00

  • Flat rate shipping to anywhere in South Africa
  • Shipping cost: R115.00 per order
  • Trackable delivery service

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date your order is received
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location
  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number to monitor your delivery
  • Updates on your package’s progress

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@advancedbodyclinic.co.za or 082 464 9400.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and any relevant photos of damage
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
